To benefit from this lesson it is recommended that you arrive in a comfortable relationship with Ujjayi breathing. You should be able to comfortably do at least 3 rounds of 4 ujjayi breaths. If you do not feel ready, please take your time, keep practicing, and stay tuned for a future lesson.
